Women Leading with Global Vision is a 3-part professional learning series for women school leaders delivered by Victoria's Department of Education, Australia & Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership.
The third part, the immersion program aims to build comparative insights into India’s education system & culture, and apply learnings to broaden individual school-based inquiry foci, aligned with the Department’s Global Learning & Engagement Framework.
LearnMore Ventures will co design the program with the Department & deliver the program that will strengthen professional networks with Indian education leaders & build leadership impact through global perspectives on equity, inclusion and education practices.
The program supports the objectives of Victoria’s India Strategy: Our Shared Future 2025-30 including:
- Strengthening meaningful and inclusive connections
- Enhancing strategic economic cooperation
- Deepening bilateral education, innovation and technology ties.
